After the Act of the Monarchy, was implemented, The Queen needed Counsel to help run the country. UK Counsel Ltd is the organization that was established to do this. UK Counsel, employs the Monarch's counsel, and is there to inform and advise The Queen on matters of state.
There is General Counsel, Lead Counsel, an Executive team, State counsel. Outside the Monarch's Counsel, in each individual locality, there is also the local councillors set up to help run local services and central services.
The UK Counsel Ltd organization and site was established in September 2025, with the help of The Queen.
How is UK Counsel funded?
The Queen has three accounts to run the country
- Monarch
- UK Monarch Ltd - Country's Strategic Projects Account
- UK Counsel Ltd - Country's Operational Account.
Both these are funded by The Queen, from taxes collected.

Provides cohesive and consistent messaging for the people.

Chief of Operations
Manages all business as usual activity.

Chief of Defence
Ensures the country is defended, from threats.

Royal Agency Directors & staff
Ensures policy is implemented countrywide.

Local Councillors
Elected / appointed local representatives to ensure services are maintained.

Risk & Operations
Ensure any local / national incidents and problems are resolved and prevented.

Analytics
Provide the public the indicators and indexes, to show progress of the country as a whole
