UK Counsel Operations (Royal Agencies) to borrow a loan from Bank of England, to make the shortfall due to embezzlement in the Financial department from years past.
UK Counsel will establish initiatives to improve Integrity for the citizens transactions in the public services. Justification: Fraud costs the country £15billion a year - Fraud prevention, ease of use for councillors and citizens. Improve ease of use of public services.
Project Proposals are being devised, and will be announced shortly.
25/01/2026 Update
For several weeks we have had drafted policy proposals, and project proposals, to deliver Vision 2030 as well as daily running of the country.
These have not progressed, as far as we would liked due to staff shortages in UK Counsel.
We are hiring, but awaiting word from HM Treasury regarding funding for UK Counsel, and the Monarch's stipend.
Once this blocker is removed, the proposals can be agreed and moved forward.
There is a clear process and operating model for processing suggestions on policy changes from the public, in to Counsel, and establishing the laws that are required to do deliver those policy changes.
Whilst there are clear practices and processes, they are being interrupted by lack of staff.
We are slowing down due to lack of staff in place. - A to do for UK Counsel and Monarch.

Royal Seal was cancelled.
No policies or projects were ready for approval this week.
Project Proposals are being drafted for the Vision 2030.
Two projects from each of the initiatives in the Vision 2030 overview document, are being established by the UK Counsel's Exec team.
UK Counsel Policy on International Affairs, is to defend the sovereignty of Greenland.
Threats of Tariffs being applied are being taken seriously, but are being mitigated for.
18/01/2026 Installation of Freedom Monarchy is finalized
After UK Counsel was established, and the Act of the Monarchy in December 2024 was passed by Parliament, the Freedom Monarchy has now been established and installed in UK society.
What does that mean?
Before: Constitutional Monarchy, People were property.
Today: Freedom Monarchy, People are free.
The way we make laws has changed to become faster, and no vote by parliament is needed to pass a law. Only the approval of the Monarch is needed.

13/01/2026 Social Support takes next step
At UK Royal Seal today, which was brief, there was a discussion on the Social Support policy and revisions were proposed, keeping the costs manageable.

Defense budget increase was discussed, and approved as well as some contracts being negotiated internationally.
The Emergency in the Arctic seems to have abated, and we are hearing good news from the region.
Emergency Actions for the Arctic region
Inuit are struggling for food supplies, Canada, UK, Greenland, Norway, Denmark,Northern Europe fishing affected.
Temperature rise, killing off fish. Migrating south / Dying. Killing the ecosystem due to Plankton dying.
Action plan
Emergency measures - transport some food supplies where needed for winter.
Questions yet to be answered:
Do we need to Transport population further South, like to mainland Denmark, mainland Canada, mainland UK / Scotland.
Long term measure: reintroduce plankton that is tolerant of different temperatures. reintroduce the fish. Question remains, how will the wild life survive?
