Royal Seal today focused on a possible policy to be proposed for the issues with RF financial transactions, and the lack of transparency.
Today on Policy Proposals though there was no call, there were submissions as below:
Project Proposals submitted: 5
There are expected another five next week.
For details of the project proposals you can email contact@ukcounsel.org.
UK Royal Seal was cancelled today, due to events in the Middle East. The projects and programs's budget has been cleared, however each project has to be approved.
Policy Proposals included Chagos Islands policy proposals.
The type of arrangement was discussed.
Firstly however the introduction clarified the status of sovereignty.
Sovereignty of The Chagos Islands was with King George VI, and has now passed to his natural heir, Arun Sandhya.
The Chagos Islands sovereignty is not tied to the UK entity at all.
Once that was understood, the actions required were clear.
UK needed to pay the Sovereign of the Chagos Islands, a sum, as a transaction.
UK now needs to let the Chagos Islands run themselves. The sovereign of Chagos Island remains, with Queen Arun Sandhya.
It was agreed Eire sovereignty is with the Queen Arun Sandhya governed by UK government.
Domestic policies were not discussed today, as they are going through approval processes.
Royal Seal saw three policies for review today.
SEND Policy proposal so far REJECTED. There is a case for an intervention as budget has exceeded expected amounts. An incident report has been requested to look into the situation further as an emergency measure. Further to this, policy revisions will be made once the issues are fully understood including capacity for local authorities and schools to provide facilities and staff.
UK Policy on Palestine/Middle East - maintains its non-interventionist stance. It is the wish of the Monarch, that we see all the communities attain a good stand of living, and are supportive in this effort by listening to the needs of UK citizens that have interests in the area, so petitions and engagement will take place, with any suggestions will be conveyed to the Living Standard discussion process.
UK Tax Policy - minor revisions were made on this, namely an increase in the personal allowance. Approved. The approved UK Tax policy can be found here
No policy proposals this week. However, there were multiple project initiation documents to be reviewed, so the time was spent on that instead.
It was agreed that project initiations would be completed in time for next weeks meeting.
It was proposed that the projects be approved. However it was decided at this stage to approve the programmes.
The next stage is to carry out feasibility studies, and get the projects initiated.
The projects will be nationwide. The programs focus on the core areas where we need improvements, and deliver Vision 2030.
Programmes and Projects will be carried out by the UK Monarch Ltd organization with the UK Counsel informing the delivery of the projects, for smooth implementation.
No policy approvals this week.
As well as a proposal there were a few questions raised about the Freedom Monarchy system.
Why should we have a Queen? The Freedom Monarchy's aim is to delight the people.
The Freedom Monarchy and the Monarch, enables us to take advantage of our rich history.
Before, a party was elected on a few policies described in the manifesto.
Then for five years, the party would try to implement those policies which end up being nothing like what you voted for.
It takes five years, to change, and when you change you get the same non-mandated policies.
Why would you want MPs who don't implement the policy you voted for?

There will be Royal Seal on the 17th February, with the approvals of the project proposals.
The new process for applying the Royal Seal to statute, has been devised. It will use legislation.gov.uk.
Awaiting project proposals for Vision 2030.
Royal Seal was cancelled today, as no items to approve.
Project proposals to be reviewed at Policy Proposals meeting on Thursday.
A new process for building statute from the outcomes of the Royal Seal is to be proposed, so that we have transparency for the public. It is proposed to use legislation.gov.uk. There has been an adhoc, process that was used. However as the number of legal revisions, come through as soon as Royal Seal, becomes populated with policy changes, and changes due to other laws, there will be a need to create statute with much more pace.
